Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience before starting?
No. Our “Beginner Wall Essentials” path starts with tool handling, posture, and simple drills before touching a room. You’ll build safe habits first.
What tools should I own on day one?
A quality 2–2.5 inch angled sash brush, a 9-inch roller frame, a 3/8–1/2 inch nap roller cover, a metal tray, blue tape, a sanding sponge, a 6-inch knife, lightweight filler, and a primer. We explain choices as we go.
How do you teach ceilings without causing neck strain?
We stage from the perimeter inward, use soft lighting to see overlaps, and teach pole length adjustments. Breaks are part of the lesson plan.
Can I practice without repainting a whole room?
Yes. We use practice boards, mock corners, and leftover drywall to master cut lines and roller rhythm before entering a room.
How long do I keep access to the courses?
Single purchases include lifetime access and future updates to the same course version.
Do you cover spray painting?
Yes. We include safety-led sessions on HVLP and airless fundamentals for walls and ceilings with controlled setups.
What if my wall still flashes or shows lap marks?
We provide troubleshooting modules: lighting checks, primer selection, roller nap swaps, and pacing corrections that reduce flashing risk.
What is your refund approach?
If a course doesn’t fit your project within 14 days, contact us. We’ll review your case respectfully and offer a fair resolution aligned with our Terms.
Are your courses suitable for older plaster surfaces?
Yes. We include specific modules on stabilizing loose plaster, identifying previous coatings, and selecting breathable modern finishes that respect historic properties.
Can I download the lessons for offline viewing?
All video lessons and reference PDFs can be downloaded once per device for offline use through our secure player.
